How far back can you check the consumption?

As long as the client has not had any previous energy consumption analysis, we can analyze the consumption from day one of the building’s operation.

Can I utilize your services for future electricity consumption analysis?

Yes, once you appoint us as your consultant, we’ll continue to monitor your monthly bills for any significant fluctuations. You can count on us to advocate for electricity consumption practices and maximize your savings in the long term.

What do I need to do to get started with your services?

Simply appoint us as your consultant and provide us with a fresh email for correspondence. We’ll guide you through the process and handle the rest, from initial assessment to reports.

What are your professional consultant fees?

Our fees are structured to be fair and transparent.

  • Step 1: Energy Consumption Analysis (TNB Refund)
    • We charge a one-time fee of 50% of the total savings.
  • Step 2: Energy Profiling & Monitoring
    • We charge 65% of the total monthly savings for up to 60 months.

No upfront payments are required from clients. You only pay for verified savings.

What are all the relevant documents required from the client?

The document listing are as below:

  • Official letter from client
  • Latest 6 months of electricity bills from all relevant accounts
  • As built drawing (single line diagram for every floor & one whole set of HT & LV MSB1 & MSB2) for all the building blocks
  • Additional info such as for condo, number of buildings, how many blocks and units
  • All the owner’s list and address
  • Electrical Service Plan

Will Service Provider refund or rebate to the client?

Subject to the terms of the service provider, the final result will be savings in the bank account
